Dress Me Slow'ly General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU)
The clothing recycling application ("DRESS ME SLOW'LY") is operated by DRESS ME SLOW'LY, a company registered in France under number 887624401 and having its registered office at 6 rue Beaugrenelle 75015 Paris. The platform is an intermediary that enables its users to sell, exchange or give second-hand clothing to other users ("Slowers") of the platform. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Platform by Users.
1- Definitions
When capitalized terms are used in these Terms and Conditions, they are defined in this section. Please refer to this Definitions section whenever a capitalized term is used.
Items - refers to products/items that Users add to the Catalog in order to sell them;
User Account or Account - refers to the User's account created when registering on the Site;
Terms and Conditions - refers to the legally binding agreement between VINTED and the User, as defined in the first paragraph of these Terms and Conditions;
User - means any person who has created an account on the Site and has accepted these Terms and Conditions. Users are also referred to as "Slowers".
2- Introduction
2.1 Welcome to the application/ Acceptance of the T&Cs
Use of the Platform is subject to acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions. By using SLOW'LY, Users agree to be bound by the present TOU.
2.2. Service
SOW'LY offers Hosting Services as an intermediary between Users to sell, buy, trade or give . SOW'LY is fully responsible for the services it provides, within the limits of its commitments and under the conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions. SOW'LY does not buy or sell the Items listed on the Site.
2.3 Unauthorized Users
SOW'LY (the Application and the Website) is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. If you are the parent or guardian of a dependent under the age of 16, you may create an account and accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of such minor, but you will assume full responsibility for the minor's use of the Site and acknowledge that the Site is intended for persons at least 16 years of age.
3- Registration
Use of the platform requires prior registration. Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. Users are responsible for the security of their account and must keep their password confidential. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

4- Use of the application
Users agree to use the application in a legal and responsible manner. Users agree not to use the application to:
Offer counterfeit, illegal, dangerous, fraudulent or offensive products;
Harass, intimidate or threaten other users of the application;
Infringe the intellectual property rights or copyrights of others;
Violate the security of the application or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to them;
Use the application for commercial purposes without express authorization from the platform.
5- Content
Users are responsible for the content they publish on the application. Users undertake to publish only content that they have the right to publish. Users acknowledge that any content published on the application may be consulted by other users.
Users agree to behave in a respectful manner. SLOW'LY reserves the right to suspend the account of Users who do not respect the GCU, whose behavior is deemed disrespectful or who do not respect the laws in force.
6- Transactions
Users may sell, exchange or donate second-hand clothing on the application. Users are responsible for the quality of the clothing they offer and must accurately describe the condition of the clothing. Users must respect the conditions of sale, exchange or donation they have proposed.
7- Data protection
The application collects personal data from Users, in particular registration information and transaction data. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, the collection and processing of personal data is carried out with due respect for privacy.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, articles 39 and 40, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his or her personal data.

8- Intellectual property rights
The trademarks, logos and content of the Slow'ly application (graphic illustrations, text...) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and by copyright.
Reproduction and copying of content by the User requires prior authorization from SLOW'LY. In this case, any use for commercial or advertising purposes is prohibited.
9- Limitation of liability
SLOW'LY App offers hosting services as an intermediary between Users. SLOW'LY is not bound to the contract between the parties. SLOW'LY is not a party to any Transaction between Users. SLOW'LY does not buy or sell the Articles appearing on the Site or the application. SLOW'LY cannot be held responsible for the contents published by the Users or for the transactions carried out on the application. The application cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages suffered by the Users due to the use of the application. SLOW'LY completely discharges itself from any exchange external to the platform between Users. SLOW'LY is not responsible in the event that the User receives a counterfeit, damaged product or one that does not resemble the product sheet.
10- Cookies
During visits to the site, a cookie may be automatically installed on the User's browser. Cookies are small files deposited temporarily on the hard disk of the User's computer. These cookies are necessary to ensure accessibility and navigation on the site. These files do not contain any personal information and cannot be used to identify an individual.
The information contained in cookies is used to improve application performance.
By using the https://www.dressmeslowly.com/ application and website, the User accepts cookies. They can be deactivated via the settings.
11- Contract duration
The present contract is valid for an indefinite period. The commencement of use of the site's services marks the application of the contract to the User.

12- Modifications to the GCU
The application reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Users will be informed of any changes to the GCU and must accept the new GCU in order to continue using the application.
13- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the application shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
By using the application, Users accept these GCU in their entirety and certify that they are over 16 years of age.
